If u want to become a part of it that is purely dependent on ur wish.. But before committing to it u should think twice and not expect anything in return... I see a lot of members crying about promotion and lack of appreciating in return of the uploads and posts they have had offered for a long time consistently.... Well u see noone has asked u to upload or give posts... When u started it was purely ur wish.. Almost for all it is the temptation of becoming colorfull is the soul reason for all hardwork they have give.. Offcourse there are some exceptions who come here to enjoy a great offer of friendship and enjoyment like a mod vinujose23.. He just gave his usefull posts whenever he felt they were required,never fought with anyone or gave useless posts and most importantly dint did all this for soul reason of promotion.. There is a difference between DESERVING AND DESIRING... Desiring means u want to be and if u have a lot of that then u are kind of blind.. Nomatter how much better work someone else is doing than u let it be in some other field u ll always be focussed on urselves and expecting ur efforts to be acknowledges more and earlier than him... And deserving is when u really should get what u need and ve been thinking..... THE ONLY DIFFERENCES IS THAT IF U DESIRE IT WONT BE ANY USEFULL BUT IF U LL DESERVE U LL DEFINITELY GET IT History speaks for itself.. Those who spend their time here intending to give usefull stuff not caring about returns are the happiest ones...They are not having any ghost of promotion riding on their minds so in sharing their stuffs and getting comments about them makes them happy n keeps em going unlike those who just invest their time so that they get promotion...A they are focussed on mentality that
In the end those guys end up going nowhere and start fighting and crying for promotion thus ruining everything.... SO GUYS COME TO FF AND JUST ENJOY... DONT CARE AND THINK ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE... THIS IS KINDOF A VIRTUAL WORLD WHERE U CAN ESCAPE FROM UR REAL WORLD AND ENJOY BEING WHAT U WANTED TO BE... About warnings everyone is not god.. mistakes happen.. some due to anger,some due to frustration,some due to revenge and some due to breakng of rules and i m not only talking about the real world ... Members make mistakes here in also knowinghly and unknowingly.. To make sure that the mistakes dont happen again there is a warning system... If a member is doing something wrong like mentioning cr_ck and h_ck (replace _ with a) words in posts and attachments he is making a mistake as those 2 words are not allowed on the forum.. After seeing this some mod will give him verbal warning telling the concequences... The member's duty is to follow it immediately without questening as mods know what is best and what is not.. But if he still repeats it then there ll be a warning added in his profile..That warning is a signal for everyone.. For himself it is a symbol of his paast mistakes and an insoiration to get it removed by his improved work and for satffs it is a reminder to keep an eye on his as if he repeats it again or continues it they can add another followed by badding and banning.. Many cases here not only talking about new and intentional trouble makers... Oldies and good members have also got warnings in past but they improved theirselves and prooved to the one who added it thet they had learnt their lesson and wont repeat it.. Although moderators and above can add them only admins and head admins i.e the two with a control panel can remove it... But as staff rules the warning added by the lowest status i.e mod is equallant to added by head admin i.e even if head admin wants to delete it, he cant go ahead without consulting mod.. And guys keep one thing in mind...If u have got one in the past and want to get it removed u should first proove urself worthy by improving the root cause and also beahving nicely through that recovery period.. When u have enough evidence of ur improved record and quite time passed u pm the adder then apologise to him.. It IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT UR PM SHOULD LOOK LIKE A REQUEST AND APOLOGY NOT ORDER AND SCARCASM... Many members say that
As visible the difference between the two is that the first one seems like a jail... ki 2 months hue chalo free..  but second one is like a learning period....So in short warnings are nothing but jus a couple of reminders.. For everybody.. instead of taking them as a black mark and curse take them as a target and make ur work get them removed... SOME OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS 1. respect others... Dont make anyone feel inferior 2. Read and follow rules and help thread completely.. not only they tell about things to be taken care of but many of ur problem's solution is found in them... Specially in symbian and games section sticky threads have links to other impostant threads and topics which if are read by all members reduce making of new threads asking for help on similar topics.. 3. If u have queries prefer posting them in sticky help threads like bewithsumit's sticky thread in mobile problems section and cybercracker's ngage gaming thread in os 9 gamingf zone and most importantly vks's thred in gprs section as u get maximum helpful replies and minimal useless replies there.. 4. if u have some queries u may also directly ask expert committe of respective forum.. 5. If u wanna share some update to someone's non regularly updated but important thread like this one or other threads in rules section take permission from thread owner via pm and post then.. Dont make new topics for everything...
